Truly enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Single room with bathroom was ready when we checked-in. Everything here was fine. The staff was very, very nice and amiable, some of them especially. The hotel has decent and stunning location just next door to the cable car/tramway to Monserrate, the cable car / tramway and the gold museum and the old town. Besides, Hounslow Urban Farm was 5 km away from the property.

Everything was simply perfectly fine. Truly enjoyed our 3 nights here. Hotel's location was amazing, by good restaurants. Besides, we were just off the cable car / tramway, tramway to Monserrate, and the city center. The staff was very-very nice and amiable throughout our stay.
